1. NO GLASS CONTAINERS ON OR NEAR THE RIVER.
2. QUIET TIME is from 10:00 PM until 8:00 AM. No loud or disrespectful music anywhere or anytime!
3. Speed limit is 7 MPH anywhere on the ranch.
4. No open fires except in designated fire pits. No ground fires in RV sites! Do not move fire rings. Ask about a burn ban before lighting a ground fire. No wood fires in charcoal grills – charcoal only!
5. Pets must be on leashes and attended at all times. Pets can be left inside the cabin as long as they are in a crate/kennel and not barkers.
6. No smoking in the cabins. There is a $25.00 butt cleanup charge at cabins and the RV park.
7. Motor vehicles are not permitted on grass, gravel bar, or main part of the ranch.
8. Do not park on the septic system tank at cabins (stay on the driveway).
9. Do not feed or antagonize the wildlife.
10. Cursing, obscene gestures, or belligerent behavior directed at guests or staff will not be tolerated and is grounds for immediate ejection from the premises without refund.
11. No public consumption of alcoholic beverages by minors. Intoxication will not be tolerated. Any suspected DUI’s, DWI’s, or MIP’s will be reported to local law enforcement.
12. Do not leave trash or garbage at the river or on the grounds. Pack it in, pack it out.
13. Please respect other people’s property by obeying all NO TRESPASSING signs, fences, and posted signs.
14. Swim at your own risk – there is no lifeguard on duty.
15. No more than two vehicles at a cabin. Additional vehicles must be parked in overflow at the office. (Note: Special permission may be granted for short-term parking for visitors. Please check with the office for permission.)
16. No firearms or fireworks are allowed without special permission.
17. All EZ-ups at the river cannot be put up before 8:00 AM and must be taken down by 2:00 PM.
18. Do not park in vacant RV sites.
19. Do not drive stakes of any length into the ground.

Flood and Safety Notices

• In the event of a flood or rise in the river, get out of the river at once. It rises very rapidly, and because of the swift current, it is very dangerous. If you are asked by staff to leave the river, do so immediately!
• If it rains and you are worried about a flood, do not pack up and leave. Flooding extends all the way into San Antonio, and you could get caught in rising waters on the highways.

• Violation of any state law is grounds for immediate eviction from Clearwater Ranch property.
• If you are evicted or ejected from the property, there is no refund.
